Meditation is known to make people more self-aware, focusing on the present, improving their mental and emotional health. It is accessible anywhere, to the point that meditation can be linked to wandering. That is, to wider explorations via walking. Meditation is where people do not know how to start, how to go about it, but as they start walking that is, meditating, they come to realise deeper meaning of their practice, and they feel enriched at the end. Wandering as meditation explores busyness and tranquility in the city. Going to different places without knowing where you are going leads to a place of being lost but at the same time being happy to get lost in order to be present.
